my exploration of sexuality has taken me on a journey. after leaving a 20 year marriage, i thought there has to be more to sexuality than what i had just experienced. in 2000 i took my first tantric workshop. wow! what an eye opener.

what i discovered is sexuality is an important part of life, not just to our physical self, but also to our emotional and spiritual selves. joy comes from sexual experiences. divine light is created when you merge with a beloved partner. sexuality can be healing!

for the last year and a half my partner and i have been facilitating a puja once a month, to help educate people to this powerful concept of healing.

the literal meaning of puja is: worship, honor, adoration, respect, homage.

in our puja you come together in sacred circle, to honor the divine in each other. we form two circles that face each other. then we do a series of stations that are fun and interactive. you share each station with a different partner until you come full circle to your original partner. we lead you through each station. the experience is heart opening and gives a sense of connection, which you can use in your intimate relationships as well as everyday life. there is no nudity or inappropriate touching.
