Suffering
Is suffering really necessary? Yes and no.
If you had not suffered as you have, there would be no depth to you as a human being, no humility, no compassion. You would not be reading this now. Suffering cracks open the shell of ego, and then comes a point where it has served its purpose.
Suffering is necessary until you realize it is unnecessary.
–Eckhart Tolle
Self-acceptance
Have patience with all things but first with yourself. Never confuse your mistakes with your value as a human being. You’re a perfectly valuable, creative, worthwhile person simply because you exist. And no amount of triumphs or tribulations can ever change that. Unconditional self-acceptance is the core of a peaceful mind. __St. Francis de Sales
Wake up every morning, decide and declare “I AM ENOUGH “
Merry Christmas
A Beautiful Christmas Day to You! I’d like to share this lovely thought with you from Ganga White

What if the temple was the Earth, If forests were our church, if holy water were the rivers, likes and oceans. What if meditation was our relationships, if the teacher was life, if wisdom was self-knowledge, if love was the center of our being?
