We can think of instincts as the computer system of intuition. Instincts are drives and behaviors that help guide us through life without having to stop and figure everything out. They organize our perceptions of what’s going on around us through natural selections. Intuition, likewise, lets us see and respond to our life without calling rational problem-solving into play. There is an organic knowing at work. Instinct and intuition go hand in hand. If you trust your instincts, you probably have well-developed intuitive powers.

Bumps in the road are part of life. Like sharp rocks that can puncture our tires; sometimes going slow and easy gets us through to the Joy just around the corner.

As the world turns. In and out come the thoughts. Some I want to keep, some I don’t. My mind is OH so powerful. Let me use it with control.  For if I allow the mind to control me with all the experiences it has had, the shadow does reside. “I choose my thoughts,” sounds better to me.” I choose my experience,” when I am present. Fully aware of my thoughts. As the world turns.
